I run a computer consulting business which provides monthly maintenance for a fixed fee. Newplan IT is based in NYC, but we service customers around the USA. Although our business is primarily maintenance for ongoing customers, we will provide 24/7 IT support to anyone as both a service to the business community and as a way of getting our name out there.
